  • Strong diary, inbox, meeting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience maintaining CRM, project management, or business management systems.
