📋 Description

• Manage VP Sales and VP Customer Success calendars with foresight.
• Build relationships with customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate travel logistics for customer visits and events.
• Prepare materials for meetings, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Lead logistics for team meetings and offsites.
• Support planning for cross-functional GTM initiatives.

• 2-5+ years supporting VP-level or senior leaders in tech startups.
• Master of details; can prioritize and execute multiple projects.
• Proactive, dependable partner; anticipates needs; solutions-oriented.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-changing environments; flexible and adaptable.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack; AI tools for automation.
