  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports for multiple
  • Serve as a liaison across remote offices in partnership with the Director of Staff to ensure smooth

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an executive administrative assistant or similar role supporting senior
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all
  • Highly organized with proven follow-up, tracking, and prioritization capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, calendar management, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working across global time zones and multiple office locations
