📋 Description

  • Build strong relationships with Executives and align with their priorities.
  • Proactively manage priorities, schedules and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage complex diaries and ensure Executive time aligns with priorities.
  • Exercise sound judgement in handling requests, communications and access.
  • Prepare leadership meetings, governance forums and client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting senior leaders as an EA/PA.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, banking or corporate environment.
  • Proven diary management and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Experience supporting Partner/MD/C-Suite is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management; strong written/verbal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
