Executive B2B Lead Strategy & Management (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own the B2B lead lifecycle end to end, from generation to conversion, defining segmentation, lead
• Build automations that apply those rules at scale, with AI on top, in a system that keeps learning
• Design and implement workflows for automated lead qualification, informed by frameworks such as
• Develop and own the KPIs and pipeline health metrics, close the loop with sales performance data
• Shape the tooling behind the lead process, working with product and data teams to find and remove
• Work cross-functionally with Telesales, KAM, and GAM to define handoff SLAs, qualification

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience: worked in or directly alongside B2B sales teams, knows the lead and sales funnel
• B2B judgement: comfortable building lead journeys and funnels for different account sizes, knows
• Tooling: worked inside a lead management system such as Salesforce or HubSpot, knows what a lead
• Strategy and execution: thinks strategically and end to end, can take a concept from first
• Communication: can explain complex processes simply enough that a salesperson in another country
• Stakeholder management: has gotten things adopted by teams that did not report to them, ideally
