📋 Description

• Design and run the CoE's operating rhythm with clear agendas, pre-reads and outcomes.
• Protect the CEO's time, shape priorities, and ensure the week focuses on what matters.
• Capture decisions and actions, maintain a single source of truth, and drive closure.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, sales, marketing, HR/finance, and legal.
• Support stakeholder engagement with government and institutional partners.
• Build the operating system for a growing organization and draft leadership materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years in a demanding operating role (CoS, PM, strategy/ops, or exec partner to senior
• Proven track record running operating rhythm for a leadership team and driving cross-functional
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through; able to hold senior people
• Executive-level communication; able to prepare briefings and draft on behalf of a CEO.
• Discretion with confidential information; calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Excellent English, with near-native Portuguese; able to attain security clearances.
