  • Primary operational partner to the SVP of Growth & Global Operations
  • Drive cross-functional accountability across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, CS
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups for leadership
  • Surface risks, blockers, and opportunities; push for data-driven decisions
  • Build dashboards and run reports to monitor key initiatives
  • Help scale processes with automation and documentation

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Business Ops, Revenue Ops, Strategy, or Chief of Staff roles
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Experience using AI tools and workflow automation
  • Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven decision making
