📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to the VP of Engineering, coordinating across Eng, Product, Design
• Protect executive time and optimize calendars across multiple time zones.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning, meetings, and offsites to enable execution of priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience supporting VP- or C-level executives in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, or other technical teams.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Jira.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion handling confidential information.
