Executive Chef- Live Corporate Events

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute culinary vision, menu design, and overall culinary identity
• Deliver tailored, bespoke culinary experiences for clients and events
• Manage direct supplier relationships to secure best produce, pricing, and product knowledge
• Oversee end-to-end food production for all onsite outlets, conferences, and private events
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of global culinary trends
• Review Programme Event Orders (PEOs) and delegate station assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience in high-volume venues
• Experience leading teams from small kitchen crews up to 20+ staff
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts (or equivalent NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications)
• Proven track record in fine-dining, farm-driven, or high-volume complex food service operations
• Extensive experience managing large-scale private events, banquets, and customised corporate
• Deep understanding of UK Food Safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and Food Hygiene Standards
