Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants for compensation committee materials
Provide strategic partnership to HRBP, Leadership Recruiters, and Exec team
Analyze market data to align programs with market and people strategy
Support budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution of long-term incentive programs
Be data driven with objectivity and credibility
Ensure clear communication of compensation programs to leadership

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in executive compensation program management
Strong knowledge of comp best practices and market data
Experience with HRIS, Workday preferred
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with complex model building
Ability to translate quantitative insights for non-quant audiences
Clear, collaborative communication across diverse groups
