📋 Description

• Set the creative standard for Socure, define what excellent work looks like, and provide direct
• Define and lead the global creative strategy, setting a multi-year vision and roadmap for Socure's
• Build, lead, and scale the in-house creative organization, including recruiting, hiring
• Direct breakthrough creative for flagship campaigns, advertising, web, video, events, and product
• Serve as the final authority on global creative standards, building and evolving the brand and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, art direction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 12+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a Creative
• Proven experience at a high-growth technology or SaaS scale-up, ideally B2B.
• Portfolio and case studies showing brand-defining work and business impact.
• Expert-level art direction and taste across brand, digital, motion, video, experiential, and
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining creative talent.
