📋 Description

  • Own the brand vision and build a scalable design system across touchpoints
  • Apply top-tier B2C aesthetics to CookUnity’s product surfaces and language
  • Refine brand elements to support channels and activation formats
  • Define visual storytelling across marketing surfaces and packaging
  • Ensure design consistency across funnel and customer journey
  • Lead AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI, generative design) and plan uplift

🎯 Requirements

  • VP or CDO-level experience at a top-tier B2C consumer brand
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing design organizations
  • Fluency in AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, generative workflows)
  • Coaching mindset: diagnose gaps without demoralizing teams
  • Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed
  • Preferred: experience in food, wellness, marketplace, or subscription consumer businesses
