📋 Description

• Monitor care delivery quality and adherence to regulations; drive improvements.
• Develop and oversee WelbeHealth management team.
• Collaborate with finance to design and operate budgets.
• Build relationships with community providers, regulators, and legislators.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and audits.
• Participate in strategic planning to refine operations across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Admin/Public Health/Gerontology; 3 yrs management exp.
• Master's in related field; 1 yr management exp.
• Five years' experience developing programs for vulnerable seniors.
• At least 3 years supervisory exp in health or social services; senior care preferred.
• Track record driving initiatives to improve patient experience.
• Mentor and develop other leaders and care team members.
• Experience using data to prioritize people and projects.
