📋 Description

• Oversee care delivery quality and staff adherence to regs; drive improvements
• Lead and develop WelbeHealth management team
• Collaborate with Finance to design and operate a program budget
• Build relationships with external stakeholders: providers, regulators, legislators
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards; pass audits
• Contribute to strategic planning to refine WelbeHealth practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Health Care Admin/Public Health/Social Welfare/Gerontology; 3 yrs managerial exp
• Master's in Health Care Admin/Public Health/Social Welfare/Gerontology; 1 yr managerial exp
• Five years' experience developing and guiding programs for vulnerable seniors
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in health or social services; senior care preferred
• Track record of driving initiatives that improve patient experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team members
• Experience leading a data-driven organization, using reports to prioritize and oversee projects
