📋 Description

• Define and drive asset strategy for small-molecule clinical programs in oncology and
• Integrate competitive positioning, mechanistic differentiation, biomarker strategy, and patient
• Support go/no-go, prioritization, and portfolio decisions by translating complex scientific and
• Leverage computational approaches, proprietary data, and AI-enabled insights to strengthen asset
• Develop and pressure-test competitive narratives for portfolio assets, building evidence to inform
• Partner with leaders across clinical development, discovery, platform, ClinTech, business

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in life sciences or a related scientific discipline, with deep expertise in drug discovery and
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations.
• Proven track record of asset-level strategic leadership and advancing programs through clinical
• Deep expertise in the development of small-molecule therapeutics for oncology and
• Experience in rare disease is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use computational approaches and data-driven platforms to strengthen asset

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $287,900–$356,400 for New York City, Boston, and San Francisco Bay Area
• Annual base salary of $261,800–$314,600 for Salt Lake City and all other U.S. locations.
• Annual bonus eligibility.
