• Drive operational strategy across Clinical Operations.
• Advise executive leadership on org design and resource strategy.

• Ensure portfolio risks and execution are visible to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare or equivalent.
• 15+ years in biotech/pharma/healthcare with leadership.
• Leadership in Clinical Operations, Business Ops, PMO, or related.
• Experience leading Clinical Ops Business Ops, Portfolio Mgmt, PMO.
• Strong communication, exec presence, and change management.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
