📋 Description

• Execute the enterprise intelligence strategy across Revance portfolio
• Build a scalable Intelligence Platform from data foundation to insights
• Design knowledge graphs, entity resolution, vector databases, and feature stores
• Embed intelligence into CRM, ordering, loyalty to drive action at decision
• Lead the Intelligence Organization; align with data engineering and governance
• Tie models, metrics, and pipelines to revenue lift

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI; 5+ years leading data/AI teams
• Proven track record of building compounding intelligence systems that drive revenue
• Ability to translate data strategy into executive narratives and cross-functional alignment
• Experience scaling data/AI teams from early stage to mature function
• Deep expertise in data governance, lineage, and AI guardrails
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and strategic vendors
