Executive Director, Head of Commercial & Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Own the Salesforce platform end to end, spanning Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud
• Ensure the CRM and Salesforce technology stack is architected to scale with a dynamic commercial
• Drive tighter integration across the portfolio so the platforms operate as one system.
• Lead the implementation of new commercial technology, including Salesforce Commerce upgrades and
• Own the ERP (Aptean Ross) and the order to cash flow it supports.
• Own the remainder of the portfolio: contact center (Five9), payment gateways, and sales training

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with 6+ years leading enterprise application teams
• Deep hands-on Salesforce multi-cloud expertise across at least two of Marketing, Experience
• Working ownership of at least one of: ERP (Aptean Ross or comparable), life sciences CRM (IQVIA
• Full-lifecycle experience implementing or replatforming a major CRM or ERP
• Experience owning the quote to cash or order to cash process end to end across CRM and ERP
• Proven track record building high-performing internal teams while managing outsourced development
