• Lead the development and ongoing management of a competitive health product portfolio, identifying

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience, including experience across product development
• Demonstrated experience developing or managing voluntary benefits and/or group products.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
• Proven ability to develop, refine, and execute strategies and tactics that support business growth.
