📋 Description

  • Lead development and execution of innovative product strategies and roadmaps across Auto and
  • Own P&L, objectives, and strategic outcomes for product areas.
  • Drive product Innovation from ideation through launch and market adoption.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for new products, enhancements, and partnerships.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market trends, customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, pricing, and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, marketing, actuarial, underwriting, or product management.
  • Direct experience leading product strategy and lifecycle for Auto and/or Umbrella insurance.
  • 4+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
