Executive Director, Project Management – RWE & Phase IV Studies

📋 Description

• Lead the operational, financial, and quality performance of a global RWE and Phase IV project
• Own P&L performance and financial objectives for the portfolio, including profitable growth
• Oversee project quality, performance, and delivery across the portfolio, establishing consistent
• Develop and optimize resourcing models and budgets for RWE and Phase IV programs, partnering with
• Support business development activities, including bid defenses, portfolio planning, strategic
• Build and develop a high-performing project management leadership team through talent development

🎯 Requirements

• University or college degree in Life Sciences or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant clinical research experience within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or
• At least 6 years of supervisory or people leadership experience; equivalent combinations of
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing financial stewardship at a P&L or
• Experience with RWE and Phase IV delivery models, resource planning, and budget development.
• Extensive knowledge of the clinical development lifecycle and ICH GCP, with particular expertise in
