Drive expansion of offices, services, and capabilities across regions.
Collaborate with Convergence Directors, Regional Directors, and Practice Leaders.
Represent the Living-Centered Design ethos at client and industry events.
Mentor and develop senior talent across markets.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
Significant leadership experience in the markets assigned.
Strong visibility and positive reputation in industry networks.
Proven track record of thought leadership at events and conferences.
Extensive travel required.
