📋 Description

• Lead cross-cutting scientific programs in Medical Affairs, incl. evidence generation and IST.
• Build and scale operating models, governance, and standards for science, speed, and compliance.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, HEOR, Patient Advocacy, and Field Medical for global alignment.
• Own IST strategy, governance, and funding decisions, including review committees.
• Develop sponsored research collaborations with academic centers and consortia, with publication planning.
• Drive global medical planning and alignment across regions, with shared tools and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, DO, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree.
• 12+ years in Medical Affairs with leadership roles.
• Proven leadership across Medical Information, IST, evidence generation, and expanded access.
• Experience driving AI, digital, or advanced analytics initiatives in Medical Affairs (preferred).
• Experience leading global or multi-region medical planning in a matrixed organization.
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred; regulatory/compliance knowledge.
