📋 Description

• Oversee the us and ex-us communications strategy end to end
• Personally build and maintain senior relationships with journalists and editors, across tier 1
• Oversee time-zone-spanning announcement execution, embargo coordination, and simultaneous
• Ensure crisis and issues frameworks account for jurisdictional differences in disclosure, product
• Develop proactive and reactive media strategy aligned to corporate, pipeline, and reputational
• Define how we show up at major industry, policy and business-of-health forums

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading media relations via corporate communications inside and outside the United States
• Experience managing a communication-related function, with direct ownership of strategy, budget
• 12+ years of communications experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Demonstrated track record of building senior relationships with top-tier reporters and securing
• Direct experience leading communications through material events: FDA and ex-U.S. drug approvals
• Working knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements, Regulation FD, and the regulatory environment
