Executive, Inside Sales (supporting HK & MY markets)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SA&I sales reps to support Inside Sales in HK and Malaysia
• Update decks with NIQ branding; client-ready content
• Manage CRM records for sales reps; ensure accuracy
• Analyze market data to identify trends and insights
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals; timely billing
• Ensure revenue recognition by updating project dates and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years in a similar role; FMCG preferred
• English fluency; Cantonese is a plus for HK market
• Fresh grads with sales coordinating/vendor internship welcome
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, Python
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
