Executive Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Lead the direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials or research
• Oversee the design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs, ensuring alignment
• Lead clinical study teams, monitor study integrity, and review, interpret, and communicate
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices, pharmacovigilance standards, and regulatory
• Oversee the work of Medical and/or Scientific Directors and serve on or chair Clinical Strategy
• Act as an in-house clinical expert, contribute to translational strategies, and represent AbbVie

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or non-US equivalent of M.D. degree with
• At least 5 years (7 years preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Immune redirecting therapies such as T-cell engagers desirable.
• Ability to run complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead through influence.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory and compliance requirements.
