🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting; Chief of Staff preferred.
• Highly analytical; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• PM-like instincts; energized by breadth, not a single roadmap.
• Strong communicator; cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
