Executive Producer

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day delivery and operations for the embedded creative program.
• Serve as the senior in-person production partner to client stakeholders.
• Establish and continually improve intake, prioritization, briefing, review and delivery processes.
• Translate incoming requests into clear scopes, timelines, staffing plans and actionable briefs.
• Coordinate work across local and offshore teams while minimizing unnecessary handoffs.
• Manage competing priorities and rapid-turn requests, providing clear recommendations when capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive production, program management or creative operations within an
• Demonstrated experience leading embedded or client-facing creative teams.
• Strong operational judgment and a track record of designing effective production processes.
• Experience delivering digital, web, editorial, design and motion work in a rapid-turn environment.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, reviews, approvals, QA and final
