📋 Description

• Build a simple, effective way for teams across Town to request creative work, share what they need
• Work with creative leads and stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage competing requests, and
• Own planning and execution across campaigns, launches, and ongoing creative work; write briefs
• Build strong relationships across the company and with creative partners; keep everyone informed
• Build and manage the brand budget across agencies, studios, media, production, and contractors
• Find, scope, and onboard agencies, studios, freelancers, and production partners; work with

• Extensive experience in creative operations, production, or brand/marketing operations, ideally at
• Built processes and systems from scratch and can point to how you've helped teams work better
• Understand when structure helps, when it gets in the way, and when to rethink how things work
• Managed meaningful budgets across multiple projects and partners, including forecasting, tracking
• Worked closely with agencies, studios, freelancers, and production partners across different types
• Comfortable balancing competing priorities and working with senior stakeholders
