Executive Producer, Executive Communications

📋 Description

• Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across executive thought leadership, policy
• Partner with VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and translating into content
• Conduct audits and gap analyses across senior voices
• Develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments
• Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts
• Stand up production function including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution
• Experience creating production workflows from scratch
• Experience in fast-paced broadcast television environment
• Experience building trust with executives and senior leaders
• Highly organized and process-driven with strong project management skills
• High creativity in communications
