📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for active vacancies, partnering with U.S.-based clients
• Source and engage potential candidates through omnichannel headhunting strategies, including direct
• Recruit candidates across multiple industries, including medical and healthcare, engineering
• Build, maintain, and continuously develop candidate pipelines to support current and future
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess professional experience, technical
• Generate candidate interest through personalized outreach, compelling job postings, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience, including hands-on experience recruiting
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and
• Practical experience with candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, pipeline
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other candidate
• Ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent, and engage candidates
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications
