• Position the organisation's Executive Search as a trusted partner by developing close, trusted
• Translate search briefs into structured research plans, including target-company universes, sector
• Conduct confidential, multi-source research and talent identification assignments to identify
• Build and maintain detailed market maps, longlists and talent pipelines, ensuring accurate capture
• Produce value-adding market and competitor intelligence reports for hiring sponsors, synthesising
• Identify patterns, gaps and emerging talent pools across searches, and convert them into reusable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of executive search, leadership recruiting, talent intelligence or executive research
• Demonstrable experience delivering executive-level market mapping, talent identification
• Prior experience in an executive search firm, in-house executive search function, research-led
• Strong research capability across databases, professional networks and open-source information
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders.
