• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Director and VP roles across multiple regions.

• Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices.
• Report to Global Talent Acquisition Advisor in London.

• 5+ years global recruitment (agency and in-house).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Sourcing, interviewing, hiring across levels/departments.
• Proficient with Boolean search and sourcing tools.
• Data-driven with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Independent and collaborative across time zones.
