📋 Description

• Partner with executive sponsors and C-suite on major transformation programmes.
• Develop exec-ready board papers and narratives; use AI tools where appropriate.
• Shape enterprise-wide transformation strategies, operating models, governance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, tech, finance, ops, risk.
• Provide strategic oversight by identifying risks and opportunities with data and AI insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in large-scale transformation in regulated environments.
• Influence EC/MD/C-suite with strategic thinking and trusted advisory relationships.
• Strong consulting/strategy experience; adept in ambiguity and AI-enabled work.
• Experience producing Board-level presentations and executive papers.
• Connect transformation to measurable business value with AI-enabled tools.
