Expansion Controller

📋 Description

• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for expansion activities.
• Provide financial analysis and business cases for new store openings and relocations.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX; track investments against budgets.
• Evaluate expansion performance using KPIs (ROI, costs, profitability).
• Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions.
• Own expansion reporting and portfolio governance; ensure data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years in controlling, finance, accounting or auditing; retail experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Advanced English; excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with investment analysis, business cases or CAPEX management is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive with strong communication and stakeholder management.
