Expansion Controller

📋 Description

• Set and implement controlling routines and strategies in the sales market
• Support all local Expansion colleagues in setting clear strategies and goals
• Translate global strategies and set tangible goals and targets for your market
• Own local budget and forecasting process for Leasing and C&F
• Secure monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for project investments (Capex), as well as running
• Secure good invoice routines together with Accounting and Lease Admin

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, and controlling processes
• Analytical and conceptual thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
