Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Creative Technologists to develop
• Contribute to ideas that live in physical space, including installations, environments, objects
• Translate creative concepts into physical form through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and
• Concept, develop, and diagram user experiences through storyboards, flowcharts, spatial diagrams
• Create compelling ways to communicate ideas using sketches, references, renderings, motion tests
• Work closely with creative, technology, engineering, fabrication, and production teams to shape

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in a creative agency, experiential studio, design studio
• Strong foundation in 3D, spatial, industrial, environmental, or experiential design.
• Ability to translate ideas into physical, spatial, interactive, and human-centered experiences.
• Strong creative thinking, visual taste, and evidence of physical interaction work in portfolio.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling environment such as Rhino (strong preference), SketchUp
• Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally through sketches, diagrams, storyboards
