Experience Director

📋 Description

• Lead and manage on-site team to launch and operate a premier amenity program in a new environment.
• Develop SOPs, hire and scale the team with autonomous ownership.
• Integrate F&B, partners, and tenants into a unified, hospitality-driven experience.
• Own asset and experience strategy to drive leasing velocity and tenant retention.
• Build relationships with ownership, property management, leasing, and tenants with clear reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hospitality, workplace experience, amenity operations, event programming, or
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and owning budgets.
• Experience in operational/financial reporting with key metrics and business impact.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack; comfortable with new tech for membership management.
• Experience cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-touch
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000-$160,000k annually with a $4k annual performance bonus.
