🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience practicing UX Research for digital products, with a proven track record of
• Strong proficiency in mixed-methods research, combining qualitative deep-dives (contextual inquiry
• Mature product judgement with the ability to distill messy signal into clear, 'low-polish'
• Strong organizational leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams while
• Deep understanding of interaction design and content hierarchy, allowing you to partner effectively
• Persuasive communicator who can influence product strategy through storytelling and evidence-based
