Serve as Aero's on-the-ground representative for arrivals and departures.
Perform duties of Ground Support Coordinator (GSC) and screener per Aero standards.
Greet VIP guests; assist arrivals and departures; resolve issues for a seamless journey.
Represent the Aero brand in uniform; ambassador to guests, partners, and airport personnel.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
DOT safety-sensitive role; pre-employment and random drug testing.
Stand for 8+ hours; fast pace; lift at least 50 lbs; kneel/bend.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to commute to Aspen Airport (KASE) within 60 minutes.
