Experience Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day strategic delivery for client accounts.
• Turn briefs into data-driven journeys across marketing automation, CRM, and loyalty.
• Mentor junior-to-mid level strategists in North America.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in CRM, marketing automation, and CX strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot.
• Experience mentoring junior to mid-level strategists.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, tech, and data teams.
• Experience with automotive or luxury clients is a plus.
