Experience Team – UX Research Internships – Summer 2027

📋 Description

• Represent the needs of customers and their end users, gathered via various research methodologies
• Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives
• Communicate your findings through artifacts such as personas, journeys, task analyses, etc. as
• Partner closely with Sr UX staff to help influence the product strategy and roadmaps with validated
• Support design formative or summative validation through iterative usability testing
• Use AI-assisted workflows to speed up planning, transcript analysis, and synthesis, and verify

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive
• Must be able to work full time for 12-weeks during the summer
• Portfolio of work is required at time of interview
• Experience developing insightful, probing questions that resonate with end-users using enterprise
• General knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, task analysis, and
• Experience in the creation and execution of online surveys and qualitative research techniques
