Experience Trainer & Activations Lead

📋 Description

• Train new Experience Specialists and Leads across lounge and cabin service.
• Perform annual line checks to ensure Aero standards and consistency.
• Serve as SME on Aero service standards and guest experience.
• Lead activation training for new routes, menus, and service flows.
• Develop and maintain training materials and service guides with leadership.
• Provide ongoing coaching to teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering luxury hospitality or guest experience (aviation ideal).
• Passion for mentoring and developing team members; training/leadership preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standard for service consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; poise and confidence.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack; manage admin tasks and deadlines.
• Flexible schedule; willing to work nights/weekends/holidays; rotating base.
