📋 Description

• Train inflight and on-ground for new Experience Specialists and Leads.
• SME on Aero service standards and guest experience.
• Lead activation training for new routes, menus, and service flows.
• Develop training materials with Experience leadership.
• Serve as cabin and lounge host, delivering end-to-end guest experience.
• Coordinate with pilots, ground ops, and partners for on-time departures.

🎯 Requirements

• Luxury hospitality or guest experience exp; aviation preferred.
• Mentoring and team development; training/leadership exp preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high service standards.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack; admin skills.
• Flexible schedule incl nights/weekends; base within 120 min; 21+, US citizen; DOT.
