📋 Description

• Clearly and accurately document and execute audit procedures with appropriate support and rationale
• Complete assigned projects within engagement timelines and budget guidelines
• Help ensure information flow from client to audit team is organized and efficient
• Identify accounting issues and propose strategies to resolve them
• Think creatively to discover innovative solutions to engagement efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate status of work and issues with seniors, managers or partners on a timely basis

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master's degree in accounting
• Should be sitting for or already passed the CPA examination
• Strong technical aptitude and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibit leadership, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment; receptive to feedback and coaching
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative on projects
