Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair large chillers (air/water) including centrifugal.
• Troubleshoot and program DDC/BAS building controls.
• Commission and start up chiller and controls for peak efficiency.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, towers, pumps, boilers.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TDLR HVAC Journeyman License (Texas).
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• 5+ years commercial HVAC with heavy chiller exposure
• Experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms
• Strong electrical troubleshooting across low/high voltage
• Valid Texas driver's license in good standing
