Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers (air/cooled and water-cooled) including centrifugal, screw, scroll.
• Troubleshoot and program DDC/BAS building controls systems at an advanced level.
• Commission and startup chiller and controls systems, optimizing for peak efficiency.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and supporting equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

🎯 Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC with heavy chiller experience.
• BAS/DDC controls platforms experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting across low/high voltage systems.
• Valid Texas driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, confined spaces.
