📋 Description

• Own and oversee global accounting operations across Cloudinary’s group entities, ensuring
• Lead the monthly financial close process across all group entities, ensuring accurate and timely
• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with
• Own and coordinate the quarterly review and annual external audit processes, working closely with
• Own and coordinate annual tax filings for domestic entities and work with local accounting and tax
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve accounting

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with a Big 4 background and experience working with technology/high-tech companies.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role within a global
• Strong hands-on experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and
• Experience leading consolidation and financial statement preparation in a global environment.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and in-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
• A technology-oriented mindset, with experience using AI tools to improve accounting, analysis
