3+ years field/maintenance experience
Willingness to travel regionally; field-based
Diagnose and repair across trades: plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
Ability to manage work orders, budget time/materials, communicate with contractors/clients
Current driver’s license & insurance
Lift 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs; 75+lbs with assistance
