• Regional travel; 100% field-based role.
• 3+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Experience managing independent work orders and budgeting.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance.
